DSV Vertical Process Pump
Powerful, double-suction, vertical process pump
The DSV type is a powerful, vertical, single-stage, double-suction centrifugal pump with a twin volute casing. The DSV pump has good NPSH characteristics and is ideal for open sumps, channels, lakes, and rivers.Boundary limits:
Capacity: 340 to 11,360 m³/h (1,500 to 50,000 gpm).
Lifting height: 170 to 650 m (40 to 600 ft).
Maksimalt tryk: op til 19 bar (280 psi).
Temperature: up to 150 °C (302 °F).
Outlet flanges: 12 inches to 36 inches.Areas of application
Cooling towers and other applications that require large volumes of liquid with a relatively high head, as well as raw water intake.OVERVIEW
The single impeller develops higher heads and capacities without the need for additional stages. This minimises the number of wear parts, resulting in easier maintenance and precise alignment. In contrast to the vertical turbine pump, this completely eliminates the use of intermediate bowl bearings, which are vulnerable when handling abrasive fluids.
Without the limitation of a smallest possible diameter, as is the case with submersible pumps, the twin volute housing has larger water passages and low fluid velocities, which also reduces wear and minimises corrosion and erosion effects.PROPERTIES
• Twin volute casing.
• Lukket, dobbeltstrømmende pumpehjul.
• Extended flared bell that guides fluid into the impeller.
• Wear rings in the pump housing, which are tightly fitted to minimise liquid recirculation.
• Ball bearings located in the intake funnels.
Transition diffuser that ensures smooth hydraulic flow from the volute casing to the column pipe.Product Description
• Vertical, space-saving construction.
• Departure above or below the foundation (base).
• Oil-lubricated column, or it can be force-lubricated by the pumped liquid.
• Pakkebox (packed stuffing box) or mechanical seal.
Interchangeable wear rings on the impeller can be supplied as an option. -
DX Vertical Process Pump

VTP Vertical Turbine Pump
Vertical turbine pumps (VS1)
The VTP pump series is normally constructed for operation in wells or sumps. Its bowl assembly primarily consists of a suction housing or suction funnel, one or more pump housings, and a discharge housing. The pump's bowl assembly is placed in the sump or well at a depth that ensures correct submersion.Boundary lines
Capacity: up to 13,636 m³/h (60,000 U.S. gpm).
