Chemically resistant, single-stage plastic centrifugal pump in block design, with magnetic drive, non-self-priming<\/strong><\/p>\n

The MPN series is one of the most well-tested magnetic-drive plastic pumps in the world. Through decades of continuous development, tens of thousands of MPN pumps are now in industrial use worldwide. The motor power is transmitted contactlessly and without wear via a magnetic drive through the closed casing wall (pot\/separation shell) to the impeller.
\nSolids with a particle size of up to 3 mm and a concentration of 10 per cent by volume (vol.%) can be pumped. The viscosity can be up to 150 mPas, and the maximum fluid temperature is 95 \u00b0C.
\nAll sizes are also available in ATEX-certified versions under the designation MPN-EX for use in ATEX zones 1 and 2.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Supplied as standard with threaded connections in accordance with ISO 228-1; from size 130, it is also available with flange connections as an option.

\n\u2022 Approved for use in explosive atmospheres (ATEX Zone 1 and 2).
\n\u2022 Available as an option with cabinet components made of conductive plastic with ATEX zone 1 approval (on request; not all versions are available).
\nCorrosion-resistant coating in RAL 1017, saffron yellow.
\nAll screws are made from V4A stainless steel (1.4571).
\n\u2022 All media-contact materials have FDA approval (PVDF series).<\/p>\n

Applications<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Pumping and transfer of acids, bases or other corrosive, harmful or toxic liquids in applications where even the smallest leakage is undesirable and a hermetically sealed pump is required.
\n\u2022 Transfer of highly pure or sensitive liquids where contamination of the process liquid with foreign bodies must be avoided.<\/p>\n
