  • NEOCHEM CORE Series

    Chemically resistant, single-stage plastic-lined centrifugal pump in block design to ISO 2858, with magnetic drive, non-self-priming

    NEOChem Core is a modern, chemically resistant plastic pump with a mag-drive for demanding industrial applications. It combines a seal-less mag-drive with a high-strength external casing/reinforcement design and PFA lining, providing the pump with high corrosion resistance and robustness even under demanding operating conditions. Additional features, such as a back pull-out maintenance design and a forced cooling system for the bearing, ensure reduced maintenance intervals and high availability.

    Hermetically sealed and completely leak-free – seal-less magnetic coupling
    • ETFE lining combines with a robust outer reinforcing sheath to protect against corrosion and contamination
    • Back pull-out maintenance design – rapid service and replacement of the hydraulic/mag assembly without dismantling the pipework
    • Suitable for high process temperatures up to +150 °C

    Features
    • Hermetically sealed and completely leak-free, as the design does not require a shaft seal.

    • All wetted parts are manufactured from corrosion-resistant quality materials such as PFA.
    • Supplied as standard with flange connections to ISO, JIS or ANSI.

    Applications
    Pumping and transfer of acids, bases, or other corrosive, hazardous, or toxic liquids in applications where even the slightest leak is undesirable and where a hermetically sealed pump is required.
    Transfer of highly pure or sensitive liquids where contamination of the process liquid with foreign matter must be avoided.

    Chemically resistant, single-stage plastic-lined centrifugal pump in block design according to ISO 2858 and ISO 15783, with magnetic drive, non-self-priming

    NEOChem Base is a modern, chemically resistant thermoplastic pump with a magnetic drive for demanding industrial applications. It combines a seal-less magnetic drive with a high-strength external protective/reinforcing construction and a carbon fibre-reinforced ETFE lining, giving the pump high corrosion resistance and robustness even under demanding operating conditions. In addition, features such as a back pull-out maintenance design and a forced cooling system for the bearing ensure reduced maintenance intervals and high availability.
