    Chemical and Petrochemical ASME & ANSI B73.1 Process Pump
    The CPP-pump is designed to exceed the ANSI / ASME B73.1 specification and is a horizontal, single-stage, end-suction centrifugal pump. It is based on a fundamental hydraulic and mechanical concept that guarantees its efficiency over a wide range of operating conditions, application flexibility, and interchangeability.

    Overview
    With more than 30 hydraulic variations, the CPO pump series is designed to meet and exceed the ANSI/ASME B73.1 specification. Its open impeller design covers a wide range of operating conditions (including a low-flow range with our CPO-L model), while delivering industry-leading low NPSHR performance and high efficiencies.
    The CPO pump is designed on a modular concept, which allows for multiple hydraulic variants to be offered with a small number of Power Frames (bearing units). Furthermore, these Power Frames are fully interchangeable with models from other common ANSI pump manufacturers.

    The CPP/L is a variant of the CPP series designed for low flow. It is constructed to reduce radial load and potential shaft deflection issues at low flow or throttled operating conditions, and it complies with the ANSI B73.1 standard.

    Permanent magnet-driven pump according to ISO 2858
    The CRP-M pump series is equipped with a permanent magnet drive in accordance with DIN EN ISO 2858. It breaks new ground, particularly with its design of journal bearings, optimised internal flow and pressure conditions, its high-efficiency magnet drive system, and axial thrust balancing.

    OVERVIEW
    The GSD is a general-purpose centrifugal pump with a semi-open impeller. It delivers excellent performance when handling clean liquids or liquids with small, suspended solids.
    The GSD-C pump is also available in a close-coupled configuration, where the impeller is mounted directly onto the motor shaft. With a close-coupled pump, it is never necessary to align or adjust the pump motor in the field. They require less floor space for installation in a plant room, making them the ideal choice in confined spaces.

    GWP self-priming pump for clear liquids and solids
    The GWP is a self-priming pump model that can handle both clear liquids and suspended solids up to 3″ in diameter. Its design features a chamber with a permanent oil bath for the mechanical shaft seal, allowing the pump to run dry for an unlimited period. [1, 2]

    The IVP vertical in-line pump design is available in 28 hydraulic sizes and with a split coupled configuration. It is constructed to allow direct connection to pipelines while requiring minimal space. Its design facilitates maintenance, as replacement of the mechanical shaft seal becomes quick and simple without the need to dismantle the pump from the pipeline or remove the motor.

    The IVP-CC model is a vertical in-line close-coupled centrifugal pump. Its design allows for direct connection to pipework, thereby minimising installation costs. Furthermore, the pump casing and impeller are interchangeable with those of the corresponding IVP model with a split coupling.
