Young talents at Momenta AS

Momenta AS is focusing on young talent and has therefore hired 6 young employees aged 21 to 35 over the last 2.5 years.

For the past 3 years, Momenta AS has experienced strong sales growth in established products and systems, as well as introducing new products to capture market share. In line with the company's growth, the organisation has also evolved; an internal restructuring has been carried out and several new employees have joined the company. In connection with planned expansion, a strategic assessment was made on how best to further shape the company in a dynamic form.

We conducted an internal analysis of the organisation in 2019, and were pleased to find that we had personnel with solid and market-leading expertise within our fields of Instrumentation and Chemical Injection. This applied to products, systems, and services alike. At the same time, we had a few younger employees who had responded very positively to taking on learning and responsibility, which we reflected on during the same period.

With this foundation, we felt confident that the way forward with new hires should primarily be with young talents who would genuinely want to work in our industry and with our products. Through conversations and interviews, we gained complete faith in a model of hiring a new generation who would learn from the established employees with high expertise.

In 2020-2021, we have employed 6 new staff members aged 21 to 35 in various positions within the company. We assign the new recruits responsibilities and tasks that go beyond their previous work experience, and the response is clear and evident: they learn incredibly quickly, show great interest in new products and markets, and contribute significantly to the company through their talent and effort. This is particularly true regarding work methodology, tools, new market opportunities, efficiency, and relationships with our younger customer groups.
