Series T
Chemical-resistant vertical immersion pump with a seal-less design, safe for dry running
In the T series, engine power is transferred vertically to the impeller via an extended shaft. The shaft runs entirely without additional intermediate bearings (the “cantilever” principle) and is contactless and wear-free inside the housing. As standard, the T series is seal-less, but it can be fitted with a labyrinth seal or shaft seal as a vapour barrier. Immersion depths up to 800 mm. Additional suction pipe extension up to 2 m (depending on size).
Solids with a particle size of up to 3 mm and a concentration of 10 per cent by volume (vol.%) can be pumped together with the liquid. The viscosity can be up to 150 mPa·s; the maximum fluid temperature is 95 °C, depending on the design.• Completely dry-run safe
• No wear particles enter the process fluid, making it exceptionally suitable for high-purity applications
Maintenance-free operation, as there are no wear parts such as slide bearings or shaft seals (mechanical seals)

Features
Completely dry-running safe, as the shaft and impeller rotate without contact within the housing.
• Maintenance-free operation, as there are no wear parts such as plain bearings or shaft seals.
• Available as an option with a suction tube extension, allowing individual adjustment of the immersion depth.
• Available as an option with suction, which prevents the ingress of foreign objects and heavy dirt.
• All wetted parts are manufactured from high-quality, corrosion-resistant plastic materials (PVDF or PP).
• Approved for use in explosive atmospheres (ATEX Zone 2).
• Supplied as standard with threaded connections in accordance with ISO 228-1; from size 130, it is also available with flange connections as an option.
Versatile, compact and quiet.
• Corrosion-resistant engine coating.Applications
• Installation in return basins, tank covers, pump sumps etc. Pumping and transfer of acids, bases or other corrosive liquids. Transfer in unregulated or unmonitored system areas where temporary dry running cannot be ruled out.For example in the following applications:
Galvanising and surface treatment
• Wet chemical processes within semiconductor technology, solar cell production and printed circuit board manufacturing
• Wastewater and freshwater treatment
Laboratory and pharmaceutical technology
Environmental technology, flue gas cleaning, gas scrubbers
Battery production, energy storage
• High-purity applications, demineralised water, ultra-pure water
