    Chemically resistant centrifugal pump in stainless steel, of close-coupled design, with single mechanical seal

    The UP series is the counterpart to the U series for applications where the use of a plastic pump is not possible, for example, due to increased temperature requirements up to 150 °C. It is equipped with a single-acting shaft seal (mechanical seal), which is lubricated and cooled by the process fluid. Sliding surfaces and elastomers are available in various materials; the spring is made of Hastelloy® C4.
    Solids with a particle size of up to 3 mm and a concentration of 10 per cent by volume (vol.%) can be pumped. The viscosity can be up to 150 mPas; depending on the version, the maximum fluid temperature is 150 °C. All sizes are also available in ATEX-certified versions under the designation UP-EX for use in ATEX Zones 1 and 2.

  • UP-DO Series

    Stainless steel centrifugal pump, chemical resistant, single-stage, block design, with single or double acting shaft seal

    The UP-DO series is the counterpart to the U series for applications where the use of a plastic pump is not possible, for example, due to increased temperature requirements of up to 150 °C. Under this designation, it is equipped with a double-acting shaft seal (mechanical seal). Sealing faces and elastomers are available in various materials; the spring is made of Hastelloy® C4.
    Solids up to a particle size of 3 mm and 10% by volume can be pumped together with the liquid. Viscosity can be up to 150 mPas; depending on the version, the maximum liquid temperature is 150°C. All sizes are also available in ATEX-certified versions under the designation UP-EX for use in ATEX zones 1 and 2.

  • Series U

    Chemically resistant, single-stage centrifugal pump in block design, with single mechanical seal

    The U-series is the basic model for pumping aggressive liquids. In the U-series, motor power is transmitted directly to the impeller via a through shaft (close-coupled pump). A single-acting shaft seal (mechanical seal), which is lubricated and cooled by the process fluid, ensures the pump's seal. The shaft seal is available with different elastomer and sliding surface materials.
    The U-series is a versatile all-round pump. Its wide range of designs and materials allows for optimal adaptation to a wide variety of process fluids and operating conditions. Solids with a particle size of up to 3 mm and a concentration of up to 10 per cent by volume (vol.%) can be pumped. The viscosity can be up to 150 mPa·s, and the maximum fluid temperature is 95 °C. All sizes are also available in ATEX-certified versions under the designation U-EX for use in ATEX Zone 2.

  • MPN Series

    Chemically resistant, single-stage plastic centrifugal pump in block design, with magnetic drive, non-self-priming

    The MPN series is one of the most well-tested magnetic-drive plastic pumps in the world. Through decades of continuous development, tens of thousands of MPN pumps are now in industrial use worldwide. The motor power is transmitted contactlessly and without wear via a magnetic drive through the closed casing wall (pot/separation shell) to the impeller.
    Solids with a particle size of up to 3 mm and a concentration of 10 per cent by volume (vol.%) can be pumped. The viscosity can be up to 150 mPas, and the maximum fluid temperature is 95 °C.
    All sizes are also available in ATEX-certified versions under the designation MPN-EX for use in ATEX zones 1 and 2.

  • SMP Series

    The SMP series is specifically designed for self-priming operation. It is particularly well-suited when the pump needs to draw liquid up from a lower tank, and the suction line is filled with air. Motor power is transmitted contactlessly and wear-free via a magnetic drive through the sealed casing wall (pot separator/separation jacket) to the impeller.

  • Series T

    Chemical-resistant vertical immersion pump with a seal-less design, safe for dry running

    In the T series, engine power is transferred vertically to the impeller via an extended shaft. The shaft runs entirely without additional intermediate bearings (the “cantilever” principle) and is contactless and wear-free inside the housing. As standard, the T series is seal-less, but it can be fitted with a labyrinth seal or shaft seal as a vapour barrier. Immersion depths up to 800 mm. Additional suction pipe extension up to 2 m (depending on size).
    Solids with a particle size of up to 3 mm and a concentration of 10 per cent by volume (vol.%) can be pumped together with the liquid. The viscosity can be up to 150 mPa·s; the maximum fluid temperature is 95 °C, depending on the design.
